Are you not 100% satisfied with your Cabletidy? We hardly can imagine!
But still, if this is the case you can return it to us for a full refund.
To do so follow the steps below.

1. Let us know you want to return your Cabletidy within 14 days after buying it by sending an e-mail to refund@cabletidy.eu.
2. When returning the Cabletidy it should be in the same condition it was in when send to you.
3. Make sure to meet the following requirements:
   1. return the Cable-Ti-dy in the same package it was send in.
   2. have all the 130 cable ties in it
4. Send your Cabletidy to:
   Cabletidy
   REFUND
   Beneluxbaan 11-13, 5121 DC
   Rijen, The Netherlands
5. You will receive a full refund on your Cabletidy not on the shipping costs. The refund will be transferred to you within 30 days after we received the Cabletidy.
6. When returning your Cabletidy the shipping costs are for your account
